Bah kut teh
Preparation:

Bah kut teh 1 pack,water 2.5 liter,pork or pork rib 1 kilo or 2 kilos (rinse with boiling water for while),garlic 4 whole,soya sauce 2 spoons(china style) ,salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:

Pour water into pot and 2 tea bags of bah kut teh and garlics, when boiling,put pork ribs continue to cook for an hour with medium temperature.
Caution:until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning.

 

For vegetarian
Preparation:

Bah kut teh 1 pack,vegetarian mutton 500g,water 2.5 liter, salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:

Pour water into pot and 2 tea bags of bah kut teh ,when boiling ,put vegetarians cook for an hour with medium temperature ,add salt and glutamate to taste.
