Bah Kut Teh Of Herbs

Herbs of bah ku teh
Preparation:

Herbs of bah ku teh 1 pack,pork or pork rib 1 kilogram or 2 kilograms (rinse with boiling water for while),water 3 liter,4 whole garlics,oyster sauce 2 spoons,soya sauce 2 spoons ,salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:

pour water into pot and herbs of bah ku teh and 4 whole garlics ,when boiling,put pork ribs continue to cook for an hour with medium temperature.(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning and oyster sauce,soya sauce )

 

Way cooks for soupless of pork or pork rib
Preparation:

herbs of bah ku teh 1 pack,pork or pork ribs one kg (rinse with boiling water for while),water 1000ml,oyster sauce 2 china style spoons,little salt,garlic 2 whole split to grains.
Cooking method:

pour water into pot,1 pack herbs of bah ku teh and pork ,together with oyster sauce and grain garlics,when boiling,turn temperatue to medium cook for 45 minutes.(until the meat well cooking to soft add salt)

 

Herbs of bah ku teh for vegetarian
Preparation:

water 2.5 liter,herbs of bah ku teh 1 pack,vegetarian mutton 300g,a little of mushrooms and yuba soak to water for while drained,oyster sauce 2 china style spoons, salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:

pour water into pot,together with 1 pack herbs of bah ku teh,when boiling,put the vegetarian mutton into pot to cook for 30 minutes with medium temperature,add mushrooms and yuba and oyster sauce and salt continue to cook for 30 minutes ,ready to serve.
