Mixed herbs spice
Preparation:

mixed herbs spice 1 pack,chicken 1 kg wash and cut to lumps (rinse with boiling water for while),water 2.5 liter,red date 10 grains,Wolfberry fruit 20 grains,salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:

pour water into pot together with mixed herbs spice 2 tea bags and red dates and wolfberries fruit ,when boiling,put chicken cook for an hour with medium temperature.Caution:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning );(if red dates and wolfberries fruit were added,glutamate can  waste).

 

Oyster porridge 
Preparation:

mixed herbs spice 1 pack,40 grams dried oysters soak with cool water for 5 minutes keep drain ,water 1.5 to 2 liter,(individual thick or gruel),rices 160 grams,soya sauce 1 soup spoon(china style),
Cooking method:

pour water into pot ,put oysters and rices together with mixed herbs spice 2 tea bags,use medium temperature to cook for 45 minutes, add soya sauce and stir well.

Soup based for Steamboat (vegetarian)
Preparation: mixed herbs spice 1 pack,water 3 liter ,Yam bean one(small)peel skin cut to slices (also Daikon or Burdock , one of which can be cooked for steamboat ),red date 10 grains,wolfberry fruit 20 grains,a little of salt.
Method 1) :water pour into steamboat , together with yam bean slices ,red dates,wolfberries fruit  and salt,when boiling , turn to medium temperature cooks for an hour .
Method 2):pour cooked of soup into steamboat ,add meat and vegetables or vegetarian as you favourite.serve for 5 persons.

 

Cook for vegetarian
Preparation:mixed herbs spice 1 pack,water 2.5 liter,Xiang Su-G 1 pack(250g),red date 10 grains,wolfberry fruit 20 grains,salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:water pour into pot,together with mixed herbs spice and red dates and wolfberries fruit ,when boiling,turn to medium temperature cooks for 30 minuets,add vegetarian continue to cook to 30 minutes,add salt and glutamate (if red dates and wolfberries fruit were added ,glutamate can waste).
