Frying Pork

Preparation: Pork or pork belly 800g+-, remove skin and clean, drain dry , pork belly better cut to six long inch+- , thick to 18 mm+- (this for easy fry and save for the oil), two eggs. fried meat powder 1 packet.

Method: Put pork strips into the mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs , fried meat powder 1 packet and mix throughly. Marinate for 30 minutes, heat oil in wok , deep frying until golden brown. Take out and cut into piece then serve (Note: No additional seasoning required)

 

Frying Chicken

Preparation: Chicken 1kg+-, clean and cut into pieces, two eggs. fried meat powder 1 packet.

Method: Put chicken meat into the mixing bowl, add in 2 eggs , frying powder 1 packet and mix throughly.Marinate for 30 minutes, heat oil in wok , deep frying until golden brown. Take out and serve (Note: No additional seasoning required)

 

Frying Abalone Mushroom

Preparation: Water 160ml, rice flour 30g, fried meat powder 1 packet

Method: Above three item mix together and stir , take the squeezed abalone mushrooms affix with the stirred of paste and put into frying oil fry to brown , ready to serve.
