Soup based for Steamboat 
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,water 3 liter ,Yam bean one(small)peel skin cut to slices (also Daikon or Burdock , one of which can be cooked for Steamboat ), a little of salt.

Method 1) :water pour into Steamboat, together with yam bean and salt,when boiling , turn to medium temperature cooks for an hour .
Method 2):pour cooked of soup into steam pot,add meat and vegetables or vegetarian as you favourite.serve for 5 persons.

Chicken soup; pepper soup spices 

Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack ,water 2.5 liter ,1 kg chicken cut to lumps(rinse with boiling water for while ),salt and glutamate .

Cooking method:pour water into pot with 2 tea bags pepper soup spices ,when boiling,put chicken into pot continue to cook for an hour with medium temperature.Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning ).

 

Old cucumber soup
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,Old cucumber wash get out of seeds cut to lumps(a loaf of old cucumber),pork rib 500 grams(rinse with boiling for while), water 2.5 liter,salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:pour water into pot with pepper soup spices,when boiling,add old cucumbers and pork ribs cook for an hour with medium temperature, Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning )

 

Daikon soup
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,peel and wash daikon cut to lumps(a loaf of daikon),pork rib 500 grams (rinse with boiling water for while), water 2.5 liter,salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:pour water into pot together with 2 tea bags pepper soup spices,when boiling,put daikons and pork ribs cook for an hour with medium temperature. Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning )

 

Pork stomach soup
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,pork stomach 1(rinse with boiling water for while),pork rib 500 grams(rinse with boiling water for while),water 2.5 liter,salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:pour water into pot ,put pepper soup spices 2 tea bags and pork stomach and pork rib,when boiling,turn to low temperature cooks for an hour 20 minutes,Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning ) ;(take out the pork stomach and cut to small slices put back into pot stir well).

 

Burdock soup
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,Burdock 300 grams wash and cut to slice,pork rib 500 grams (rinse with boiling water for while), water 2.5 liter,salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:pour water into pot with 2 tea bags pepper soup spices,when boiling,put burdock and pork rib continue to cook for an hour with medium temperature.Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning )

 

White fungus pepper soup

Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,white fungus 50 grams (soak with water keep drain),chicken 800 grams cut to lumps (rinse with boiling water for while),water 2.5 liter, salt and glutamate.
Cooking method:pour water into pot with 2 tea bags pepper soup spices,when boiling,put chicken to cook for 40 minutes with medium temperature,add white fungus and continue to cook for 20 minutes. Note:(until the meat well cooking to soft add seasoning )

 

Oyster porridge 
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,40 grams dried oysters soak with cool water for 5 minutes keep drain ,water 1.5 to 2 liter,(individual thick or gruel),rices 160 grams,soya sauce 1 soup spoon(china style),
Cooking method:pour water into pot ,put oysters and rices together with pepper soup spices 2 tea bags,use medium temperature to cook for 45 minutes,add soya sauce and stir well.

 

Sweet vegetables porridge(vegetarian)
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,tomato 1 cut to small,potato 1 peel skin cut to small,one carrot peel skin cut to small ,rices 160 grams,water 1.5 to 2 liter(individual thick or gruel),soya sauce 1 soup spoon(china style).
Cooking method:pour water into pot and rices ,put pepper soup spices 2 tea bags together with three vegetables ,medium temperature cooks for 45 minutes,add soya sauce and stir well.

 

Cook for vegetarian
Preparation:pepper soup spices 1 pack,xiang su-G 300g,water 2.5 liter,salt and glutamate.

Cooking method:pour water into pot and pepper soup spices,when boiling ,turn to medium temperature cooks for 30 minutes,add vegetarians continue to cook for 30 minutes,add salt and glutamate to taste.
